Order Conditions
These general terms apply to enquiries and printing orders placed with PrintRaj. Job-specific terms shown in a quotation, invoice or written confirmation will take priority where applicable.
Quotation, Artwork & Approval
Production starts only after specifications, artwork and commercial terms are sufficiently confirmed. Customers should check names, numbers, spelling, dimensions, colours, bleed, images and other content before final approval.
Payment
Advance, part-payment or full-payment requirements may vary by customer, quantity, material and job type and will be communicated before or during production as applicable.
Production & Delivery
Estimated timelines may change due to artwork changes, material availability, finishing requirements, machine downtime, transport or events beyond reasonable control. Delivery schedules may also depend on transport providers and destination conditions.
Printing & Finishing Tolerances
- Minor colour variation may occur between screen display, proof and final print.
- Reasonable production tolerances can occur in cutting, lamination and die cutting.
- Reprints or corrections are assessed against the final approved specifications and job circumstances.
Cancellation or Changes After Approval
Once material has been purchased, plates prepared, printing started or finishing begun, cancellation or specification changes may involve additional cost.
